The Tokoroa Axemen’s Club is one of New Zealand’s most respected woodchopping clubs, with a proud history that spans over 70 years. Based at the Tokoroa Memorial Sports Ground, we are dedicated to preserving and promoting the heritage sport of competitive woodchopping — a tradition deeply rooted in the forestry and rural culture of Aotearoa.
